Subscribe and Save

Welcome to our Subscribe and Save programme.


We have arranged to have most of our incense and essential oils available to you on a subscription basis. This will enable you to access specific discounts for repeat orders, depending on how frequently you need to order. It is intended to help you to get what you need when you need it. To help with planning and buying in bulk, we reward you with a discount. Don't abuse the system.

Subscribe and save is intended for long term use or multiple orders over time. It is not intended to access it for a one-off discount. (There are plenty of ways to achieve that without abusing the Subscribe and Save system).

If we notice that you are abusing the system, we may ban you from using the system, or we may begin imposing minimum contract lengths or longer wait times for first orders. We don't want to do that, but we reserve the right to do so if needed on an "everyone" basis or an "individual" basis. You can of course sign up and cancel as needed, but let's play fair.

We are hopeful that we will be able to eliminate the delivery fees to subscribe and save. This is still a work in progress and may come after a set number of subscriptions revolutions.

For some items you can get 17% discount if you order weekly and reducing in discount up to once per year at 2% discount. We are hopeful to reduce the postage costs as well.

Terms and Conditions

1) When you sign up to a Subscribe and Save agreement, you are agreeing to your intent to use it for a prolonged time, usually a year or longer. There is no formal minimum term at present, it is just the honour system.

2) You may suspend, amend or cancel your subscription at any time if the need arises. It would be helpful for planning to complete this as soon as possible, including increases in subscription.

3) In the first 6 months of your subscription, we will fulfil your order directly from the fulfilment centre that currently houses your chosen product. After the initial 6 months we will attempt to fulfil your order from our local warehouse, depending on quantity ordered and products ordered we will attempt to reduce the shipping costs, though on small orders, this may be more difficult.

4) Payments. If for any reason your chosen payment method fails, we will attempt to take payment a further 3 times at 2-day intervals. After the final attempt, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will have to restart it from fresh. This means you will lose any benefits gained through longevity, such as postage reductions.

5) You may pause your order at any time for up to 2 months and retain your postage and any other benefits gained. After an extended pause time (currently more than 2 months), your order will be cancelled, and you will lose any benefits gained as above.

6) You may cancel or pause your order up to 48 hours before it is due to be released. After this time your order may have already been processed. You may amend your order at any time, however if you are amending to more items, we recommend that you complete the increase at least 3 days before your order is due to be released, otherwise we cannot guarantee that they will all arrive on time and further postage charges may apply.

7) We do not guarantee product availability, however we do reserve product in stock for Subscribe and Save customers, when it is approaching your due date.
