If you use the "shop app", you can track your parcel directly in there. 

The shop app is available from the App Store and Google Play Store. See

Royal Mail

you should also have received an email with the tracking information on it and a tracking link.

In most cases we use Royal Mail for shipping, so you can track your parcel from their website ( Make sure you have your tracking number to hand.

Your Account

You can also login to your account at and track your parcel from there.

Parcel 2 Go

If you were notified or selected to have your parcel delivered by another courier, then you can probably track it through the tracking.

 If you still can't find your tracking information, then please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help. Please ensure you provide as much of the following as you can to aide us with assisting you:

  • The email address used to place the order
  • Order number
  • Description of items on the order
  • Order date and time
  • Amount paid
  • Delivery service selected at checkout
